The fun starts at 9am sharp so we ask you not to arrive after 9am as we will be busy with exercising dogs. We charge late fees if you arrive after closing time to collect your dog.

We charge out of hours fees if you collect outside these hours. If you arrive early, especially at the weekend, we ask you not the ring the bell until opening time or to park outside the house waiting for us to open. There are a selection of cafés in Chalfont St Giles, Chalfont St Peter and Gerrards Cross where you can grab a coffee while you wait if you’re running early!
